After channelling Reiki since ‘95 I found my ability became more personal. In ’96 a Guide came to me from the Star Energies, I was aware it would take some time before I was ready to channel this energy. This began the journey of raising my frequency to enable the use of these gifts.

Spiral Star Dance 
After working successfully with Spiral Star Medicine for some years, I was guided (while dancing) to use this energy in a group. Over many years my personal practice has been dance and movement. So combining Spiral Star Medicine with a dance and movement practice is a natural progression.
